Free to join. You pay a small fee only for each couple we refer to you.

How joining works

  1. Join and explain your business: fill in the form below (contact, services, cities you serve, how you receive payments).
  2. Put in your prices (optional): add one row per item or service in the price sheet inside the same form, or leave it blank and send prices later.
  3. Mark your calendar: right after you submit, you go straight to your calendar to mark the dates you’re completely booked, partially booked or available.

What you enter here is used to build your listing: the categories you check decide where couples see you on the Plan your event and Make your reservations pages, and your prices feed the Budget estimates.

Reviewed before going live. Event-Forger reviews every entry before it appears on the site. Your listing goes into the vendor directory only after Brian approves it, and nothing is published automatically.

Your prices: every item and service you offer (optional)

Optional: you can leave this blank and send prices later. If you start a price field, fill in its name, Service or Item, pricing basis and minimum price. Add one row for each item or service you offer, and add as many rows as you need. For example, a venue might list the event space, then dinners, hors d’oeuvres, condiments, tables, chairs, and anything else it offers. On each row, give the name, choose Service or Item, pick or type a description, choose the pricing basis (per head, per event, per service or per item), and enter a minimum and maximum price. The average fills in by itself.

The more information that you put into these forms improves the odds that your business will be found easier on eventforager.com.

This ability to be found also depends on ratings from Yelp, The Knot, Google, and similar sites.
